Important Notice: Before purchasing any of the products containing essential oils, it is important that you be aware of any personal allergies that you may have. If you have an allergy to any of the listed ingredients, please do not use. I do use nut-based oils and maintain a sterile workspace, but some contact may occur. Use caution with sensitive skin, if you don’t know how you’ll react with particular ingredients try a patch test.

Some essential oils are not suitable for women who are pregnant, so please check the products ingredients list prior to purchasing and consult with your doctor before using. If you are unsure of what oils are in a product, please do not hesitate in contacting me via this link.

 

Keep out of reach of children and pets as many of the essential oils are not safe to use around them. None of the products are to be considered food, so please DO NOT ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

Ylang Ylang

The essential oil of Ylang Ylang is extracted from the fresh flowers of the native Indonesian tree Cananga odorata. Ylang Ylang means “tree of flowers” and has been used in tropical areas of Asia including the Philippines, Indonesia and the Polynesian Islands for centuries. In Indonesia, the flowers were and still are usually used to decorate the bed of newly married couples on their wedding night. Key Benefits:

Grapefruit

Grapefruit essential oil is considered an excellent antiseptic and can be used as a surface disinfectant or in the diffuser to help prevent the spread of airborne germs

Lemon

Like a fresh and clean burst of sunlight through the clouds, Lemon essential oil brims with vitality. The lemon scent conjures up cleaning, detoxifying and calming feelings. This is a beautiful soothing oil that can help clear the emotional stress and restore exhausted spirits.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass is an essential oil which is flexible with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Lemongrass may help relieve headaches, stomach problems, colds, fevers and may help relieve stress & anxiety.

Lime

The clean fresh fragrance of essential lime oil is energizing and uplifting. A disinfectant and anti-viral, lime may be used for surface cleaning and diffused to prevent the spread of cold and flu pathogens in the air. A decongestant can also be beneficial for lymphatic drainage and water retention to help clear the sinuses.

bergamot

Sweet Orange

Sweet Orange Essential Oil is known for its uplifting and calming properties. With a zesty and soothing fragrance, this essential oil will improve the mood and promote relaxation. It’s also good to use to refresh the room.

Bergamot

Bergamot Essential Oil has a refreshing citric fragrance with a delicate floral overtone. Popular for its soothing and uplifting qualities, Bergamot fosters and enhances contact.

Caution:

It should be noted that Bergamot Essential Oil cannot be used on sensitive skin that has been exposed to sunlight, as its high bergapten content can cause severe burns. Bergamot Oil should also not be taken internally.

Eucalyptus

Also known for its healing effects on the respiratory system, Eucalyptus is an antiseptic, expectorant, which helps to reduce fever. Classically used for the treatment of colds and flus, pneumonia, coughing and bronchitis. Eucalyptus, a good disinfectant, may be used in a diffuser to purify the air.

Caution:

Eucalyptus Oil should not be taken internally. It should only be used in diluted form and avoided during pregnancy.

Tea Tree

With its fresh and clean smell, Tea Tree Essential Oil is a wonderful natural antiseptic. Often used to treat acne-prone skin, tea tree oil also has a wide range of skin, body and well-being benefits.

Geranium

Geranium Essential Oil has a distinctive deep, floral fragrance that can be used to calm the mind and body. Its antidepressant properties can help relieve stress and anxiety, while its wonderful cleaning capabilities can be used to complement the natural sebum production of the skin. Caution: While Geranium Essential Oil is non-irritant and non-toxic, it can cause sensitivity in some people. Geranium Essential Oil is, therefore, best avoided during pregnancy. Not to be taken internally.

Camomile

The scent of camomile essential oil could be identified as fresh, soft, fruity and grassy. It is known for its calming qualities that add a sense of calm to times of anxiety or frustration. It is also thought to be effective in soothing swollen skin. It is used in muscle rubs to alleviate sprains, headaches and arthritis.

Frankincense

Frankincense helps to resolve anxious tiredness and to calm a distracted mind, allowing us to focus on the past and to seek strong inspiration for tomorrow. Praised in the rituals of meditation, Frankincense allows our minds to deepen the air and still.
